This launcher permits to use "clockskin" format skin on your full Android watch (not Android Wear). It also partially support the "watchmaker" skin format.

Wake lock	Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Vibrate	Allows access to the vibrator.
Bind widget	Allows to tell the AppWidget service which application can access AppWidget's data.
Internet	Allows to access internet network.
Change network state	Allows to change network connectivity state.
Read calendar	Allows to read the user's calendar data.
