Ti ricordiamo che per utilizzare tutte le funzionalità disponibili sull’App, è necessario prima associare le forniture luce e/o gas al tuo profilo all’interno dell’area
riservata MyAcea Energia.
Principali funzionalità dell’App:
- Bolletta web: per ricevere gratuitamente la bolletta direttamente nella tua casella e-mail, nel giorno della sua emissione eliminando la copia cartacea e facendo una
scelta ecologica
- Servizio domiciliazione: per attivare o modificare gratuitamente l’addebito delle tue bollette direttamente sul tuo conto corrente
- Consumi e letture: per visualizzare l’andamento dei tuoi consumi e consultare lo storico delle letture del tuo contatore
- Fatture e pagamenti: per avere sempre sotto controllo le tue bollette, conoscere il loro stato e poter pagare quelle in scadenza tramite carta di credito
- Monitoraggio richieste: per seguire lo stato di avanzamento delle tue richieste
- Assistente MyA: per qualsiasi dubbio o necessità puoi chiedere a MyA, la chat presente nell’App a tua disposizione 24 ore su 24
