夜間・休日の体調不良時にご自宅で診察可能な、往診・オンライン診療の受付サービスです。

健康保険や医療証もご利用できるため安心して診察を受けることができます。

●往診とは
医師が患者様のご自宅に伺い診察を行います。

診察後はその場でお薬を受け取ることが可能です。

【往診の流れ】
1. アプリで問診を記入し診察依頼をする
2. 診察時間まで自宅で安静にして待つ
3. リビングや玄関等で診察を受け、お薬を受け取る
●オンライン診療とは
スマホを使用してビデオ通話で医師の診察を受けられます。

画面越しの診察のため、できることには限りがあります。

※現在、時限的に初診でもオンライン診療を行うことが可能となっております
【オンライン診療の流れ】
1. アプリで問診を記入し診察依頼をする
2. 診察時間まで自宅で安静にして待つ
3. スマホで診察を受ける
4. お近くの薬局でお薬を受け取る
●お支払について
往診：診察費のみ（交通費無料）
オンライン診療：診察費のみ（システム利用料無料）
お支払い方法はGMO後払い（ご自宅に請求書を送付）、もしくはクレジットカード支払いからお選びいただけます。

● What is a cold doctor?
It is a reception service for home visits and online medical examinations that allows you to see a doctor at home when you are not feeling well at night or on
holidays.
You can have a medical examination with peace of mind because you can use your health insurance and medical certificate.
● What is a home visit?
A doctor will visit the patient's home for a medical examination.
After the examination, you can receive your medicine on the spot.

1. Fill in the interview with the app and request a medical examination
2. Rest and wait at home until consultation time
3. Get a medical examination in the living room or at the entrance and receive medicine
● What is online medical care?
You can see a doctor by video call using your smartphone.
There is a limit to what you can do because of the examination through the screen.
* Currently, it is possible to provide online medical care even for the first visit for a limited time.

You can choose the payment method from GMO deferred payment (invoice is sent to your home) or credit card payment.
